COUNTIF
Counts the cells that meet a condition.
Syntax
=COUNTIF(range, criteria)
Arguments
range: The cells to test.criteria: The condition, e.g. "Paid", ">=50" or "A*".
Example
=COUNTIF(C2:C20, "Paid") → Number of paid invoices
